Natalee Cooper is a seasoned real estate professional with 14+ years of experience in real estate law and transactional work. She holds a degree from the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at The University of Georgia, proudly becoming the sixth of six in her immediately family to graduate from UGA (Go Dawgs!). 

Over her career, Natalee has held positions that span the full lifecycle of real estate transactions: 

• Real Estate Pre-Closer, Closer, & Post-Closer, The Cooper Law Firm LLC – At her family's Warner Robins-based firm, she handled both residential and commercial real estate closings from start to finish, ensuring compliance, clear title, and smooth, timely transactions. 
• Paralegal, Arnall Golden Gregory LLP – At this Atlanta-based commercial real estate law firm, Natalee supported complex transactions, drafting and reviewing lease agreements and contracts, conducting due diligence, and managing successful Landlord-Tenant negotiations and relationships. 
• Leasing Coordinator, RCG Ventures LLC – In her role at this Atlanta commercial real estate investment firm, she managed leasing coordination, tenant relations, asset documentation, and tenant financials. 

Natalee's diverse background gives her a nuanced understanding of the legal, financial, and operational aspects of real estate, ensuring that her borrowers will achieve their goals as she guides them through one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives.

Outside of work, Natalee is a passionate animal and conservation advocate as is evidenced by her 17+ years of work across various organizations, including Noah's Ark Animal Sanctuary, Atlanta Wildlife Animal Rescue Effort (AWARE), various pet rescues across Athens, Atlanta, Warner Robins, and Hawkinsville Georgia, and volunteer work with local veterinary clinics. 

She is also invested in giving back to her local community through her volunteer work at Bill's Produce located in Warner Robins, Georgia, helping support local food initiatives and community engagement with local farmers and food proprietors. Natalee believes in the importance of rooting her professional life in meaningful service. Whether through helping families secure a home loan or caring for vulnerable animals, she works to make a positive difference in her community.
